OCBC VOYAGE: 2.2 VOYAGE Miles per S$1 charged in foreign currency; 1.3 per S$1 on local spend and on overseas spend charged in SGD.
Premier VOYAGE and Bank of Singapore VOYAGE: 2.3 foreign currency; 1.6 local.
Premier Private Client VOYAGE: 2.3 foreign currency and local dining; 1.6 other local.
AXS Pay + Earn: 1 VOYAGE Mile per S$1 (all tiers).
Miles are counted per S$5 of each transaction and rounded down; separate transactions aren't combined.
No cap and no minimum spend.

Fees and limits

Annual feeS$498 incl. GST for the principal card, charged on approval and each anniversary; 15,000 VOYAGE Miles credited when it's charged (taken back if the fee is waived). Supplementary S$191 incl. GST, free in year 1 for up to 2 cards. Optional S$3,270 (150,000 miles) or S$10,200 (500,000 miles) fee upgrades for existing cardholders.

Minimum incomeS$120,000 a year; minimum age 21.

Overseas fee3.25% on foreign-currency transactions: 2.25% OCBC administrative fee plus 1% card association charge. SGD transactions processed overseas carry an extra 1% (OCBC Guide on Fees and Charges, all OCBC cards).

Rewards expiryVOYAGE Miles never expire, but are forfeited if you close all your VOYAGE cards.

Turning rewards into miles or cash1 VOYAGE Mile = 1 KrisFlyer mile; S$25 admin fee per conversion to an airline or hotel programme. Miles can't be cashed out but can be used as credit against your bill.

Good to know

Uncapped: 1.3 mpd local, 2.2 mpd foreign currency. Overseas spend charged in SGD earns the local 1.3 mpd. VOYAGE Miles never expire.

Premier VOYAGE, Premier Private Client VOYAGE and Bank of Singapore VOYAGE (invitation only) earn 1.6 mpd local and 2.3 mpd foreign; PPC also gets 2.3 mpd on local dining. Pick your tier under boosts.

Miles are worked out per S$5 of each transaction and rounded down; AXS Pay + Earn earns 1 mpd. Not modelled.

Annual fee S$498 earns 15,000 VOYAGE Miles.
