The bank's full earning rules
- Base: 5 OCBC$ per S$5 on all eligible retail spend (0.4 mpd).
- Bonus: an extra 45 OCBC$ per S$5 (10X total, 4 mpd) in the shopping categories and at the named merchants below, online or in-store.
- Bonus cap: 10,000 bonus OCBC$ per calendar month, shared between principal and supplementary cards.
- 15X campaign (1 Jul 2026 – 31 Mar 2027): extra OCBC$ at Watsons, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and Taobao, up to 5,000 extra OCBC$ a month; no registration mentioned.

- Card fees, cash advances, balance transfers, bill payments, tax payments, instalment plans, interest and late charges
- Top-ups to prepaid accounts and payment service providers
- NETS FlashPay and EZ-Link top-ups and TransitLink transactions
- Membership fees to clubs and associations
- Excluded MCCs: 4784, 4829, 4900, 5047, 5199, 5262 (ShopeePay only), 5960, 5993, 6010, 6012, 6051, 6211, 6300, 6513, 6540, 7349, 7523…

Cap is 10,000 bonus OCBC$ per calendar month (about S$1,111), shared with supplementary cards.
Watsons and Guardian also earn 10X as named merchants, but Cardinko can't tell them apart from other beauty shops, so it doesn't count them.
Promo until 31 Mar 2027: extra 5 OCBC$ per S$1 (15X, 6 mpd) at Watsons, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and Taobao, up to 5,000 extra OCBC$ a month. Cardinko counts these at 4 mpd.
Supermarkets (MCC 5411) never earn bonus, so NTUC FairPrice and Unity purchases coded as supermarkets get the base rate.
